School Solver connects students, professionals, and managers needing assistance with their work to virtual assistants who can provide detailed, step-by-step solutions. Post your question, set your budget, and choose from the answers that are provided

How much does this cost?

For people who need help, you can set the price you're willing to pay when you post a question. If you're not receiving responses, consider increasing your offer to attract more for a challenging question or project

Are there any fee's or commissions?

There are no fees for depositing or withdrawing money, or for asking or answering questions. However, a 20% commission is taken from the price of each purchased answer and a minimum 2% fee applies to withdrawals

Is this secure?

We prioritize your privacy and security. Your information is confidential and not shared with third parties. You can make your question private, preventing search engines and unauthorized users from viewing it. Questions and their associated answers can also be deleted at any time for additional privacy

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 100% full refund within 30 days if your not satsified with the quality of work you have received. To ask for a refund simply click the 'Not Satisfied' button below any purchased answer.

Isn't this cheating?

We do not support cheating or plagiarism. School Solver is a freelancing platform intended to help users gather the data, resources or knoweldge they need through detailed explanations, not to facilitate cheating. We enforce strict policies against plagiarism and superficial answers. We also enforce strict policies on the type of questions asked. Posting solutions that are plagiarized, without context, help, or just straight answers will not be tolerated and result in your account being removed from the site. Answering homework questions, assignments or projects will result in a termination of your account.

What should I do if there is an issue with my deposit or withdrawal?

If you have any issues your first step should always be to contact us! We'll be able to process any refunds and resolve issues faster than your bank, paypal, or credit card provider! If we can't resolve your issue on a timely basis then we can go ahead and contact the appropriate provider

How do I know that my question will be answered with a good answer?

On School Solver we make it easy. We GUARANTEE all answers will be to your satisfaction. If any answer is not to the standard you need it to be, we'll give you a complete refund!

How do I assign my question to a user?

Edit your question through the provided 'Edit' option and specify a user by entering their name in the 'Assign to' field

I'm worried about my privacy and I don't want my question out in the open so that everybody can see it. What can I do?

If you have any sort of personal information or are just uncomfortable having your question on the internet you can make your question private, for no extra fee, preventing outside visitors as well as search engines such as Google or Bing discovering your question.

What if the category I want is not available?

Choose the closest available category, or select 'Other' if none fits

I'm not receiving answers to my question. Why is that?

It is rare for a question not to be answered. The only reason that it may happen is because the question does not make sense or or the price too low. Ensure your question is well-articulated and consider increasing the offer.

Is it possible to get paid to ask questions?

Yes! For each solution sold more than three times, you receive a percentage of the sales. For example, you ask a question and somebody else posts an answer for 10$. Well after the third time that answer has been purchased we'll give you 10% of the answer price, so in this case 1$. And this continues everytime it's purchased. So the best way to earn money asking questions is to keep asking questions.

What type of questions are prohibited?

Any question that involves answering homework, doing assignments, taking an exam or quiz or cheating on school material is not allowed.

I received multiple answers to my question. Which one should I buy?

The simplest way is to just look at the profile of the answer author. Make sure they have a good rating and check their recent feedback to make sure no one has left any bad feedback. Some answers can also be previewed

Is there any sort of money-back guarantee for answers?

If an answer is incomplete or incorrect, report it within 36 hours of purchase by navigating to your answer and click 'Not Satisfied'.You simply let us know what's wrong and we'll look into it! If we can't resolve the problem we guarantee a full refund!

How is the feedback score calculated?

Feedback scores range from 1 to 5 stars, based on user ratings of answers. More expensive answers carry more weight in the scoring

What happens if I buy an answer that is incomplete or not to my expectations?

The first step is to either notify us on the page of the purchased answer or to contact the answer author to see if he can fix whatever concerns you may have. School Solver is only a platform for professionals and does not provide answers itself but only guarantees that the question has been answered to the fullest in a reasonable manner. For instance if you purchase an answer that actually contains no relevant information, is incomplete, or fails to provide an actual answer, the answer author will be notified and have a chance to fix their mistake within a reasonable amount of time. If they fail to do so, a full payment will be refunded to your account guaranteed!

I post an answer but it's never bought!

Engage with the questioner before answering their question. Verify their continued interest and clarify any details to increase the likelihood of your answer being purchased

Some of these questions look fake or don't make sense. Why is that?

We do our best to filter out fake questions but they do slip through the cracks. These questions will be removed within 24 hours! If you see a question that doesn't make sense or looks fake, please report it to us and we'll take care of it. Please do not answer these questions as they will be removed. If you are not sure about a question always message the question author first!

If I post an answer can others users see what is in my answer before buying it?

The content of your answers are private until purchased. However, a preview may be available if your answer exceeds a certain length, but it won't reveal complete solutions

What happens if a buyer claims my answer is not good or not as described?

If a buyer disputes the quality of your answer, try to resolve their concerns directly. If the issue escalates to us, we will review the situation. If your answer is found deficient, you will be given a chance to amend it or a refund will be issued to the buyer.

Why should I answer peoples questions on School Solver and not contact them privately?

Answers posted here gain visibility through search engines, potentially earning you multiple payments over time each time an answer is purchased. Every time you post an answer thousands of people see it and these are potential people who could buy your answer. Imagine answering a question for 5$ and then overtime receiving 500$ because many people had a similar question and they needed an answer. If you had contacted the questioner privately and answered his question, the most you would have received is what he paid you, but with School Solver answering a question once canlead to getting paid multiple times.

How do I get paid?

Once someone purchases your answer, funds are added to your School Solver account. Withdrawals can be made via Paypal and other methods listed in your account settings.

How long does it take to process a withdrawal?

Standard withdrawals are processed within 21 days. Expedited processing is available for active contributors who answer more questions.

How can I refund an answer?

Go to your account. Click on the 'My Transactions' button next to withdrawals and you can click on the blue refund button for the transaction you want to reverse. The money will then be removed from your account and go back into the other users School Solver account balance.

What are Urgent Questions?

For urgent questions, you can earn up to 90% of the profits if you provide an answer within 30 minutes of the question being posted

How does a user rate an answer?

Buyers can rate your answer by visiting the answer page and selecting the number of stars that reflect their satisfaction.

What are prepayments?

Prepayments are agreements where you pay a certain amount for an project upfront and you can expect answer delivered by a specified deadline. These agreements are visible on the question page.

I want to answer questions but I don't see anything about being able to create a prepayment agreement. Why is that?

Prepayment agreements are enabled once you've successfully provided a couple of answers that have been purchased. This ensures trustworthiness and quality

What are quizzes?

Quizzes are a system to verify that you know the material you are answering questions about. You do not have to take every quiz to answer questions but some questions may require you to have taken a quiz to answer them.

Are the quizzes difficult?

The quizzes are designed to be challenging but not impossible! If you are not a native english speaker you may find certain quizzes impossible to pass.

I am sure that I answered the quiz correctly but it says I failed. What should I do?

Thousands of people have taken the quizzes and have passed successfully. There are no errors in the quiz system but if you feel that a question has no correct answer please take a picture of the question and email it to us. We can guide you on how to answer the question correctly.

How do I take a quiz?

Quizzes are available on the account page. You can take a quiz by clicking on the quiz you want to take and then clicking the 'Take Quiz' button. You will then be presented with a series of questions that you must answer correctly to pass the quiz. Do not click back or forward on your browser or you will fail the quiz.
